Can simple foot exercises stop diabetic foot wounds?

NCT ID NCT05974020

Summary

This study tested whether a 12-week exercise program to strengthen small muscles in the foot could help prevent foot ulcers in people with Type 2 Diabetes. Researchers measured how pressure was distributed on the bottom of participants' feet before and after the program. The goal was to see if these exercises could be a new way to reduce the risk of serious foot wounds.
