Can simple foot exercises stop diabetic foot wounds?
NCT ID NCT05974020
Summary
This study tested whether a 12-week exercise program to strengthen small foot muscles could help prevent foot ulcers in people with type 2 diabetes. Researchers measured how pressure was distributed on the soles of participants' feet before and after the program. The goal was to see if changing this pressure pattern could reduce the risk of developing serious foot wounds.
