Summary
This study looks at whether special foot exercises can help people with chronic plantar fasciitis (long-term heel pain) move their big toe better and walk more normally. Researchers will measure pain, toe movement, and walking patterns in 34 adults before and after training. The goal is to see if these exercises can reduce pain and improve daily movement.
