Summary
This study tests whether special foot exercises (foot core control training) can reduce pain and improve walking in people with chronic plantar fasciitis, a condition causing long-term heel pain. Researchers will measure big toe movement and walking patterns in 34 adults aged 25-45. The goal is to see if these exercises help restore normal foot function and ease discomfort.
