Summary

This study looks at whether adding foot core exercises to a strength training program can improve jump performance in professional male volleyball players. About 43 athletes will be split into two groups: one does strength training only, the other adds foot exercises. Jump height and other measures will be tracked using a force plate system called ForceDecks.
