Summary
This study looks at whether combining foot and ankle exercises with mindful walking can help reduce pain, improve foot and ankle function, and boost quality of life in people with diabetic polyneuropathy. About 38 adults aged 40-75 who have nerve pain in their feet and can walk independently will take part. The goal is to find a safe, drug-free way to manage symptoms and improve daily well-being.
