Summary
This study tests a mobile app called FoodTraining that trains people to better control their impulses around food. About 113 adults with obesity, binge-eating disorder, or bulimia will use the app for 4 weeks alongside their usual treatment. Researchers will measure changes in emotional eating and uncontrolled eating to see if the app helps reduce symptoms.
