Summary
This study tested a program that gave 154 pregnant Latina women a monthly allowance to buy fruits and vegetables for 10 months, along with nutrition education and text reminders. The goal was to see if it helped them eat more produce and feel less worried about having enough food. The program was designed with input from the women themselves to make it more useful and relevant.
