Summary
This study looks at whether eating carbohydrates at the start or end of a pre-exercise meal changes how athletes use fat and carbs for energy and how well they perform in a cycling time trial. Nineteen healthy, trained male athletes will eat a standard meal in two different orders on separate days, then exercise. The goal is to learn if meal order can boost endurance.
