Summary
This study aims to understand how eating different food combinations after exercise affects muscle growth. Fifteen healthy, active young adults will perform a workout and then eat a meal containing beef paired with either potato, bread, or eaten alone. Researchers will take small blood and muscle samples to measure how the body builds muscle protein in response to each meal.
