Summary

This study looks at whether sending free meals to the home can improve food security for adults receiving medication for opioid use disorder. Forty participants will be split into two groups: one gets nutrition education alone, the other gets education plus weekly meal deliveries for 24 weeks. Researchers will track changes in food security, mental health, and physical health over the study period and for six months after.
