Summary
This early-stage study looks at whether taking a new oral chemotherapy (paclitaxel) with or without food changes how much drug gets into the body. About 46 adults with advanced solid tumors (like breast, lung, or ovarian cancer) will take the drug after fasting or after a meal, then switch. The goal is to find the best way to take the medicine and check for side effects.
