First seen May 15, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This early-stage study looks at whether eating food changes how the body absorbs an oral chemotherapy drug (paclitaxel) when taken with another drug (encequidar). About 46 adults with advanced solid tumors, like metastatic breast cancer, will take the drugs either after fasting or after a meal. The goal is to find the best way to take these medicines for maximum effect and safety.
