First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tests a treatment for people with colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The approach delivers a strong chemotherapy cocktail (FOLFOX) directly to the liver through a thin tube, combined with a targeted drug like cetuximab or bevacizumab. The goal is to shrink tumors and improve quality of life. About 30 adults who are either new to chemotherapy or still sensitive to it will take part.
