First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests a treatment for people with colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The treatment delivers a strong chemotherapy cocktail (FOLFOX) directly into the liver through a thin tube, combined with a targeted drug (cetuximab or bevacizumab). The goal is to shrink tumors and improve quality of life. About 30 adults who are not candidates for surgery or who still respond to chemo will participate.
