Summary
This study tests an experimental treatment for adults with advanced melanoma who are already on immunotherapy and planning surgery. The treatment combines focused ultrasound (using sound waves to heat and destroy tumor tissue) with an injection of a drug called polyICLC that activates the immune system. The goal is to see if this combination is safe and can help shrink tumors before surgery.
