Summary
This early-stage study tests whether focused ultrasound can safely open the blood-brain barrier in 6 people with early Alzheimer's. The goal is to see if this temporary opening helps clear harmful amyloid and tau proteins from the brain. Researchers will also check for side effects and measure protein changes using PET scans.
