Summary

This study tests a procedure called TULSA that uses MRI-guided sound waves to heat and destroy prostate tumors without surgery. It is for men aged 45-80 with low to intermediate grade prostate cancer. The goal is to see if this approach can control the cancer while helping men avoid side effects like incontinence and impotence.
