First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a special exercise program on a foam surface can help women with stress urinary incontinence (leaking urine when coughing, sneezing, or exercising). 88 women took part. The goal was to see if these balance-focused exercises reduce the amount of urine leakage and improve quality of life, without using any medications or surgery.
