First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tested whether a program of balance and posture exercises on a foam surface could reduce urine leakage in women with stress urinary incontinence (leaking when coughing, sneezing, or exercising). 88 women participated. The goal was to see if this non-invasive, drug-free approach could improve symptoms and quality of life without surgery or vaginal probes.
