Summary

This study compares foam rolling and massage to see which better reduces calf muscle tension in healthy adults aged 18-45. Twenty participants will receive both techniques on different days, and muscle tightness will be measured before and after. The goal is to find out if a simple foam roller can work as well as a professional massage for muscle relaxation.
