First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests a brain imaging technique called fNIRS to see how children's brains respond to speech. The goal is to find a better way to measure hearing aid effectiveness in young children who cannot respond to standard hearing tests.
