First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tests a new combination treatment for people with advanced colon cancer that has spread to the liver. It uses a fecal (stool) transplant to improve gut health, along with immunotherapy (QL1706), a targeted drug (bevacizumab), and chemotherapy (XELOX). The goal is to see if this mix can shrink tumors and delay cancer growth. About 30 adults who have not had prior treatment will take part.
