Summary
This study is for people with advanced colon cancer that has spread to the liver and who haven't had treatment yet. Researchers want to see if transplanting healthy gut bacteria (fecal transplant) along with immunotherapy and chemotherapy can help shrink tumors and control the disease. About 30 participants will receive this combination therapy to measure how well it works.
