Summary
This study tests whether giving patients with stage II-III non-small cell lung cancer a fecal transplant (from people who responded well to immunotherapy) can improve the effectiveness of their standard treatment. 68 participants will either receive the transplant plus chemotherapy and durvalumab, or just the standard drugs. The main goal is to see if the transplant helps eliminate the tumor before surgery.
