Summary
This study tests whether giving fecal transplants (from people who responded well to immunotherapy) to lung cancer patients can improve their response to standard treatment. About 68 adults with stage II-III non-small cell lung cancer will either get the transplant plus chemo and immunotherapy, or just chemo and immunotherapy. The main goal is to see if the transplant helps eliminate the tumor before surgery.
