New drug duo aims to shrink hard-to-operate ovarian tumors before surgery

Summary
This study tests two drug combinations (fluzoparib plus famitinib or SHR-1701) given before surgery to shrink tumors in people with advanced ovarian cancer. The goal is to make surgery possible and improve long-term outcomes. About 104 newly diagnosed patients with a specific genetic profile (BRCA wild-type) will participate. The study is not yet recruiting.
