Summary
This study looks at how drinking clear water two hours before a planned C-section affects stomach volume in pregnant women with and without diabetes. Researchers will use ultrasound to measure stomach contents before and after drinking. The goal is to better understand the risk of stomach contents entering the lungs during anesthesia, especially in women with diabetes.
