Summary
This study tests whether adding the antifungal drug fluconazole to standard IL-23 therapy helps people with Crohn's disease feel better. About 120 adults with mild to moderate Crohn's will either get fluconazole or a placebo alongside their usual treatment. The goal is to see if the combination leads to fewer symptoms and better disease control.
