First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tests whether a floss band or a hands-on technique called mobilization with movement can quickly improve shoulder mobility in volleyball athletes. Thirty-six healthy players will receive one of the two treatments, and their shoulder range of motion, movement feel, and sport performance will be measured right before and after. The goal is to see which method works better for immediate shoulder flexibility.
