Summary

This study tested whether wrapping a stretchy band around the ankle during movement could improve how far the ankle can bend and a person's balance. Fifty healthy adults were split into two groups: one used just the band, while the other combined the band with a hands-on joint movement technique. Researchers measured ankle flexibility and balance before and after the session to see if either method helped.
