Can a stretchy band unlock your Ankle's potential?
NCT ID NCT07442968
Summary
This study tested whether wrapping a stretchy elastic band (called a floss band) around the ankle during movement could improve joint flexibility and balance. Fifty healthy adults were split into two groups: one used just the band, while the other combined the band with a hands-on joint mobilization technique. Researchers measured ankle range of motion and balance before and after the single session to see which method worked better.
