First seen Nov 14, 2025 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding Basic Body Awareness Therapy (BBAT) to Short Foot Exercises helps adults with flat feet (pes planus). Fifty people aged 18-45 will be split into two groups: one doing both therapies, the other doing exercises only. The goal is to see if the combination improves foot arch, balance, and body awareness better than exercises alone.
