New study tests simple exercises for flat feet relief

Summary

This study looks at whether adding Basic Body Awareness Therapy (a gentle movement practice) to standard short foot exercises can improve flat feet, balance, and body awareness. Fifty adults with flexible flat feet will be split into two groups: one doing both therapies, the other doing only foot exercises. The program lasts 8 weeks, with results checked before, after, and 2 months later.
