First seen May 08, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a program of sensorimotor exercises (which retrain the brain-foot connection) combined with short foot exercises can improve foot posture and reduce arch drop in children aged 7 to 12 with flat feet. The study will involve 22 boys and girls. The goal is to see if these exercises help the foot muscles automatically support the arch during walking and standing.
