Summary
This early-stage study tested the safety of a single injection of a new experimental drug called NNC0581-0001. It involved 48 healthy adults and people with a fatty liver condition (hepatic steatosis) to see how their bodies reacted to the medicine. The main goal was to check for side effects and measure how the drug moves through and stays in the body.
