First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study compares two medications, firsekibart and anakinra, to see which works better and is safer for people with Adult-Onset Still's disease (AOSD), a rare inflammatory condition. About 20 adults aged 18 to 75 with confirmed AOSD will take one of the two drugs. The main goal is to see how many achieve inactive disease (no symptoms and normal blood markers) after 24 weeks.
