This study tested a program called Guardians 4 Health, which teaches youth and adults in 4-H Shooting Sports Clubs how to step in and prevent firearm injuries. Researchers worked with 801 participants to see if the program changed their intentions to act safely. The goal was to build a partnership between firearm owners and injury prevention experts to reduce risks like unsafe storage and aggression.
