Summary

This study looks at whether eating more fatty fish, fruits, and vegetables can help protect the lungs from the harmful effects of woodsmoke. Researchers will ask 48 healthy adults to follow a special diet and then measure their lung health after breathing in woodsmoke. The goal is to see if diet can reduce inflammation and improve lung function.
