Summary

This study looks at whether eating more fatty fish, fruits, and vegetables can help protect the lungs from the harmful effects of woodsmoke. Researchers will ask 48 healthy adults to follow a special diet and then measure how their lungs respond to woodsmoke exposure. The goal is to understand if certain foods can reduce lung inflammation and improve breathing.
