Summary

This study observes over 4,600 adults with chronic kidney disease and type 2 diabetes who are already taking finerenone as part of their routine care. Researchers will collect data from medical records and doctor visits for 12 months to see how the drug is used, why it might be stopped, and any side effects. No new treatments are given—this is purely to gather real-world information.
