NCT ID NCT06430840

First seen Jan 12, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at whether helping cancer patients with financial and social needs (like food, housing, or transportation) can improve their treatment and well-being. About 91 newly diagnosed cancer patients who report money problems will receive either one-on-one financial counseling, educational materials, or usual care. The goal is to see if these supports reduce skipped treatments, financial worry, and missed appointments.
