First seen Apr 01, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looked at whether the FIFA 11+ Kids warm-up program, originally designed for soccer, can boost explosive power and agility in youth judo athletes aged 10-14. Sixteen experienced young judo players did both the FIFA warm-up and a standard judo warm-up on different days, then took tests like jumps, sprints, and strength exercises. The goal is to help coaches choose better warm-ups to improve performance and prevent injuries.
