New blood test could spot liver damage earlier

Summary
This study aims to find better blood markers to detect liver scarring (fibrosis) in people with chronic liver disease. Researchers will compare new markers with current methods like FibroScan and liver biopsy. The goal is to improve early detection and monitoring of liver damage. 110 adults with various causes of liver disease will participate.
