New fibromyalgia drug trial tests Long-Term relief

Summary
This study is testing whether the medication AXS-14 can help manage fibromyalgia symptoms over time. The trial involves 620 adults with fibromyalgia who will first receive the medication for 12 weeks. Those who respond well will then be randomly assigned to either continue the medication or switch to a placebo for another 12 weeks to see if the benefits are maintained.
