First seen Jan 28, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looks at 66 adults with fibromyalgia to see how being sedentary versus active affects body awareness, breathing muscle strength, fear of movement, pain sensitivity, daily function, and sleep quality. Researchers will compare two groups based on their physical activity levels.
