Zap for pain? device trial tests new fibromyalgia relief

Summary
This study is testing whether a device called Lymphatic Enhancement Technology (LET) can help reduce pain and improve quality of life for people with fibromyalgia. 40 participants will receive four weekly treatments with either the real device or a look-alike sham device that doesn't work. Researchers will measure changes in pain levels and how symptoms affect daily activities over two months.
