Which fibroid surgery is safest for future pregnancies?

NCT ID NCT06474065

Summary

This study looked at pregnancy outcomes in 150 women who had surgery to remove uterine fibroids. Researchers compared three surgical approaches (hysteroscopic, laparoscopic, and open abdominal) and also looked at whether surgery was done during pregnancy or before. The goal was to understand which method leads to fewer pregnancy complications like placental problems, preterm birth, or uterine rupture.
