Summary
This study looked at whether a fiber-enriched, low-sodium liquid food could help control blood sugar and blood pressure in long-term care residents with diabetes who are fed through a tube. 32 adults received the special formula as their only food for 3 months. Researchers measured changes in blood sugar, blood pressure, and nutrition levels.
