New drug combo aims to shrink head and neck tumors

Summary
This study tests whether adding an experimental drug (fianlimab) to a standard immunotherapy (cemiplimab) works better than the standard drug alone for people with head and neck cancer that has returned or spread. About 120 adults whose tumors show a specific protein (PD-L1) will receive either the combination or cemiplimab plus a placebo. The main goal is to see if the combination shrinks tumors more effectively.
